3. Orders and Order Acceptance
When you place an order through ShaheenXpress, you are submitting a request to purchase the selected products.
An order may be subject to confirmation before it is accepted and processed.
For Cash on Delivery orders, we may contact you to confirm your order and delivery details before dispatch.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- Product availability changes
- Information or pricing contains an obvious error
- Delivery information is incomplete or inaccurate
- We reasonably suspect fraudulent or abusive activity
- The order cannot reasonably be fulfilled
If we cancel an order, we will contact you using the information provided with the order where reasonably possible.
4. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently available for eligible orders within the United Arab Emirates.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information and for being available to receive and pay for confirmed COD orders.
Repeated refusal of confirmed COD orders or misuse of the ordering system may result in restrictions on future orders.
5. Prices
All product prices are displayed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated.
Standard delivery within the UAE is currently offered at no separate shipping charge for eligible orders.
We reserve the right to change prices, discounts, promotions, or product availability.
The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious errors.
Promotional offers may have additional terms and conditions.
6. Shipping and Delivery
ShaheenXpress currently delivers within the United Arab Emirates.
Standard delivery is offered at no separate shipping charge.
The estimated standard delivery time is:

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur because of circumstances outside our reasonable control, including operational issues, public holidays, weather, transportation problems, or circumstances affecting our fulfillment and logistics partners.
Tracking information may be provided when available after dispatch.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

7. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact ShaheenXpress Customer Support as soon as possible and preferably before the order is dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
8. Returns, Replacements and Refunds
Products are subject to the terms of our Return, Replacement & Refund Policy.
We do not provide general returns solely because a customer has changed their mind or no longer wants a product.
If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete order, please contact ShaheenXpress Customer Support and follow the applicable procedures.
Please do not send products to any address unless ShaheenXpress specifically instructs you to do so.
9. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate name, phone number, and delivery information.
- Reviewing product descriptions, specifications, variants, and other available information before ordering.
- Following applicable product instructions.
- Providing requested information when necessary to process or resolve an order.
- Accepting confirmed COD orders that they have placed, unless cancellation has been arranged with ShaheenXpress.

All content appearing on the ShaheenXpress website, including text, graphics, logos, images, product content, design elements, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to ShaheenXpress or its respective rights holders, unless otherwise stated.
You may access and use website content for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Our Services may use third-party services and technology providers to help operate the store, process orders, provide fulfillment and logistics services, support customer communications, or provide other functionality.

We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices, or policies.

ShaheenXpress uses Shopify to operate and host its online store.
Purchases made through ShaheenXpress are transactions between the customer and ShaheenXpress. Shopify provides the technology and platform that enables us to operate the store.
Shopify is not the seller of the products purchased from ShaheenXpress.

Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts, subject to applicable law.
